• Morpeth Sourdough

  Morpeth Sourdough is traditional, authentic sourdough bread using the same recipes and techniques as our forefathers in colonial times. The recipe is simply flour, water and salt and uses the long fermentation method, about 28 hours to produce one loaf. There is no baker’s yeast, soy, dairy, egg or additives, in Morpeth Sourdough and every loaf is handmade.

Try our selection of Rosebrook Estate Wines, Morpeth Wines and a Chilli Wine and/or taste a selection of award winning local produce. The cellar holds bulk Liqueur Verdelho, Liqueur Muscat and Tawny Port, and caters for groups or coaches by appointment. Inside the historic 1840’s sandstone building you’ll find all this and more. Taste a selection of wine and try the many Moonshine flavours distilled on site in the boutique distillery . Enjoy a Wood Fired Pizza with a bottle of wine or one of the many beers on sale.
